ROBOTS & BALLOONS – ‘I’LL BE FINE’ Consort News January 29, 2020 Music ROBOTS & BALLOONS PREPARES FOR A TRIUMPHANT TRIFECTA WITH ‘I’LL BE FINE’. NEW SINGLE ‘I’LL BE FINE’ OUT TODAY VIA RED UMBRELLA RECORDS. Following dark debut ‘By Myself’ and sultry ‘Vera’, Robots & Balloons (Eric Denniston) prepares for a triumphant trifecta with ‘I’ll Be Fine’, lifted from his upcoming debut EP ‘Stranded EP’. Planned for spring release, the EP is an exploration of isolation and loneliness, romanticised into a secluded paradise.‘I’ll Be Fine’ is a grungy number, detailing the ending of a romance albeit with a more grounded, pragmatic approach -saluting that the relationship was pernicious and insanity-inducing, and that Denniston is resilient. With it’s distinct bassline topped with charismatic electronic sounds and trap beats, the production captures the underlying bitterness and exasperation with the situation. Denniston says of the track,“This song was inspired by a person who I had my eyes set on. They kept pushing and pulling me in and out of my feelings, so I used it as a way of telling them that I don’t need anyone to make me feel okay. I’ll be fine either way.” >> STREAM ‘I’ll Be Fine’ HERE View this post on Instagram New year, new mindset. 2019 was a powerful year and inspired a lot of amazing opportunities. 2020 is for taking those opportunities and flourishing through them.
