RIKA “Iron Girl” Consort News November 12, 2014 Fashion Swedish Designer Ulrika Lundgren’s brand RIKA is making international waves with her rock and roll “Iron Girl” slogan clothing. She has her headquarters just around the corner from my canal house on one of the trendy 9 Streets in Amsterdam. Recently RIKA launched a fashion campaign with her “Iron Girl” T-shirt, sweatshirt and sweater. The “Iron Girl” slogan stands for independent women who exude power, inspiration, and personal style. RIKA worked with a few of her closest friends in the photography exhibit. Super model turned photographer Helena Christensen and Jen Carey snapped the black and white and color masterpieces. A few of the muses who served as mannequins for the “Iron Girl” campaign are actress Julianne Moore, Dree Hemingway, Josephine de la Baume, Jaquetta Wheeler, Caroline de Maigret, and Olympia Campbell as well as Keith Richards daughter-in-law, model Lucie de la Falaise, and his granddaughter, Elle Rose Richards. A little rocking inspiration can go a long way. There is also a limited edition Marlon cobalt blue version for 142 euros. The sweatshirt also comes in red and grey. The “Iron Girl” wing print T shirt sells for 94 euros. RIKA launched her designs in 2006 and is best known for her star handbags.
