Eddie Redmayne to be the face of the Prada collection.

Prada is no stranger to using extremely talented actors to front its campaigns. Last summer notably featured the striking Michael Shannon in a lush black-and-white photo series. Now the brand has enlisted Eddie Redmayne to be the face of its recent FW16 collection.

Redmayne adorns a huge variety of the collection’s pieces in the campaign shot by Craig McDean, all of which first made their debut at this year’s Milan Fashion Week. Some of the highlighted pieces include the nautical-flavored fare and the ultra 1970s patchwork-print jacket. The actor is fresh from an Oscar-nominated role in last year’s The Danish Girl, which immediately followed his win for 2014’s The Theory of Everything.
