Cinemoi & Children Uniting Nations

Amongst all the glitter and excitement of Cannes one of the highlights of the festival weeks was the charity dinner presented by Cinémoi and Exclusive Club No 5 raising money for Children Uniting Nations held at the Members Club at La Plage Royale. The annual gala evening started with a star-studded red carpet leading to cocktails followed by the gala dinner. Celebrities and VIP’s including Kat Graham, Kimberley Garner, Hopper Penn, Rahda Mitchell and Marisa Saks were there to show their support amongst the 250 guest.

Hosted by Daphna Ziman, Lady Victoria Hervey and actor Max Ryan. A beautiful dinner was followed by amazing performances by World Famous Ballet Dancers Canadian Matthew Golding and Russian Anna Tsygankova . Albanian Recording Artist Bleona sang a number of her hits as well as partcipating with an auction that raised money for the charity. A truly global evening.

Pioneered in Los Angeles Children Uniting Nations mission is to create loving, tolerant, and capable world citizens. Dedicated to helping children find their way to fulfill their dreams.

Daphna Ziman Quote “Sadly, children are the main victims of adult difficulties-whether it’s financial or political problems, war, lack of education, malnutrition, or carelessness. We must break the cycle and help EVERY child find a way out of cruelty, neglect and anger and strengthen our leaders of the next generations. We have the ability to make the change now and create compassionate and loving children for the future.”

All proceeds help sponsor a partnership with a new LAUSD school, training programs, school supplies, and events for the children.

Children Uniting Nations is a registered non-profit organization that relies on donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations for its programs.
